NEC 3G Cell Phones Unlocker

NEC 3G unlocker is the first dongle with software for unlock all NEC 3G E228, E313, E338, E616, E616V. You don't need internet, logs. It does not use any algorithm or confidential information which is the property of NEC. It does not use any information contained in program code copyrighted by NEC nor does it access any copy-protected areas of the handset. This software generates codes by attempting hundreds of code combinations to reveal the unlock code. It does not write to any copyrighted areas of the phone so does not infringe on any copyright laws.
