Portable soldering station Tornado Infra Station AD2IA01 specially designed for precision soldering, in particular, for working with BGA, microBGA, QFP, PLSS, SOIC micro schemes.
Main advantage of the infrared technology is that in the process of working with required electronic component the other assembling elements, in the infrared heating zone, are not subjected to considerable thermal overload, which can lead them for breakdown. The other advantage of infrared technology, as compared with hot air stations, is the absence of airflow, which can blow off or throw down microelements, which are in immediate proximity from assembling/disassembling place.

Soldering station AD2IA01 consists of the main unit and portable infrared gun for focused soldering.
There are power on/off button, temperature controller and digital temperature indicator of infrared gun, cable connector of infrared gun on the front panel of the main unit.
Ceramic infrared heating element with special black covering is used as gun's working element.
Operating range of working element is outside the zone of visible light emission.
Ceramic heating element, in comparison with infrared halogen lamps, is more resistant to mechanical influences.
