BGA Reballing Kit JOVY SYSTEMS JV-RKS

JOVY SYSTEMS JV-RKS BGA reballing kit with a set of standard stencil masks. Perfect quality and easy application make the reballing process safe and enjoyable. The reballing kit has 4 IC holders, adjustable hold-down screw for chips of various thickness and a slot for unused balls. The kit is fully compatible with the upper preheater of Jovy Systems RE 7500 rework system and other soldering stations.

Jovy standard reballing kit includes BGA package holder to align the BGA package vertically and horizontally; the top and bottom parts are locked together to prevent movement and deformation of the mask during the heating process.

The kit contains 12 different masks of all shapes and sizes that fit most BGA IC's.

The pickled holes for solder balls come in standard sizes making the reball process simple and cost effective for any rework service center.

Warning:
Only BGA balls may be used for reballing purposes. Application of BGA paste is not allowed.
